Arcee is running as the camera stays front of her. Arcee then jumps upwards high above, the camera moves up following her. She spin dashes (horizontally like sonic). She spins and spins and soon her spinning ends with her turning into her car form as it continues the momentum of speed. (maybe the car form bounces a little bit as it hits the road)
